| I bought an image. When/How will I get the image? |
After your PayPal payment processes, you will receive an email from us stating your image is now available to obtain. Return to our site and log in. Click on the "My Orders" button. There you will find a link to download your image.

| How do I add an image to my cart? |
First, click on the image from the thumbnails list. Then choose your purchase option from the dropdown located immediately below the image. Finally, click the ADD button located above the dropdown arrow. This places your image into your cart. You will need to check out to finalize your purchase.

| How do I confirm I have an image in the cart? |
The shopping cart has its own navigation link (View Cart) located above the album and above the individual images. The link also indicates how many images are currently in your cart.

| How do I know which images are in my cart already? |
Click on the cart navigation link (View Cart).

| I click on the Checkout button, but a form screen appears? |
You must be a registered member to purchase images. If you are a member, you may not have logged in yet, simply log in now by mouseing over the HOME button and selection the LOGIN link and continue with your check out. If you have not registered yet, complete the form then continue with your check out.

| What sizes are the images? |
Most images are 3000x2000 pixels. All image sizes are shown in the file information. Click on the "circled i" icon to see the size.

| What restrictions are there on use, if any? |
All images are licensed for single use and may not be resold or redistributed.

| Why do I need to register? |
Only registered members may purchase images.

| How do I register? |
Mouseover the HOME button and click the REGISTER link. Then, complete the form.

| Why can I not login? |
Did you register and click the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you? The link will activate your account. For other login problems contact the site administrator.

| What if I changed my email address? |
Just simply login and change your email address through "Profile"

Go to "Login", submit your username and password and check "Remember Me" so you will be logged in on the site if you should leave it.
